Spring Training Schedule - 3 days a week

Spring is in the air, and it's time to build our base fitness. Starting next week, we are back to our full training schedule. Three sessions a weel. Time to put in the work to bring the medals.

Wednesday 6:45pm
Sunday 7:45am
