By attending our OPEN DAY on Sunday 10 September 2023, you will make new friends, find a sporting family, get fit and have fun whilst enjoying some of the best views that Sydney Harbour has to offer.

We are one of Sydney’s most successful and friendly dragon boat clubs, we have International level coaches and sweeps (steersman) to guide you and you do not need to have any previous experience!
This session will cover basic technique and fun, where all newcomers are welcome to join the team for breakfast and team bonding after the session.

If you can't make the 10th September, we will be running events in October and November. Or you are more than welcome to join us at any of our training sessions and we can start you on your paddling journey!

What is provided:

• Paddle, boat use, basic technique training, coaching, lots of FUN! PFD if requested.

What to wear:

• gym clothes (singlet/t-shirt and shorts, or warmer layers if it's a cold day. synthetic fabrics are better than cotton)

• closed toe shoes (thongs are NOT allowed)

• Be prepared to get wet - it's a water-sport! 

What to bring

• water bottle, sun screen, hat, sun glasses
• dry clothes and towel for after training
