Season 2024/2025 is now open!

After a well earned winter rest, we are back to our full training regime. What does that look like?

3 coached paddling sessions a week - Mon and Wed 6:45pm and Sunday 7:45am
Strength based gym program - Follow your own or our suggestions 
Fitness benchmarking - Show monthly progress in Pull-ups, Bench, Sit-ups, 2km rowing erg
Time trials - single person dragon boat and/or OC1 water trials and 1 min paddle erg time trials
Racing - Monthly regattas leading up to State Finals and Australian Championships
